Q. When do the terms begin and end?
A. Terms runs from February 1 until January 31 of the next year. Those who sign up today are eligible to complete their continuing education requirements. You have 30 days from time of purchase to complete the course.
Q. Do I have to pay the administration fee when I sign up?
A. No. Registration is free. You only have to pay to subscribe to the courses you choose.
Q. Is there a money-back guarantee?
A. Yes. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our classes or services, let us know within 30 days and you will receive a full refund. However, if you choose to cancel your membership within that 30 day period, you will not receive your continuing education credit for any courses you completed.
